The HighPoints Learning Leadership Team consists of business and education professionals who have a combined 100+ years of experience between them. This combination of educational expertise and business knowledge at the highest level make HPL a company with a vision and the ability to see it to fruition. Key members of the Leadership Team include:
 
 
     
    Jeetan Singh is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India and has over 20+ years of experience in the IT industry. He spent 10+ years of his initial career as a Computer Software specialist in variety of technologies. Jeetan started Datamatics Consultants Inc in 1993 to serve the IT needs of clients. Since its founding in 1993. Datamatics has grown from a bedroom office to an international operation with 130+ consultants based in the Americas and an additional 90 international associates. In 2003 he started the education division of Datamatics, HighPoints Learning, Inc., using state of the art technology to help educate students in grades 3-12 in mathematics via the internet.
     
 
 
 
     
    McLynn is a long time marketing and sales senior executive with strong record of developing and implementing innovative brand positioning strategies to fuel dynamic revenue gains. He has a proven ability to manage strategic marketing, business and market development, and product lifecycle management in both existing business units and startups. McLynn is an expert at new product development and launch and excels at relationship building with all business units to increase company’s footprint, expand market share and generate sustainable revenue and EBIT growth. McLynn comes to HighPoints Learning to be the main team builder, forging relationships with district and state-level DOE Administrators across the US. In his 26+ year career at HighPoints Learning, BellSouth Corporation and AT&T McLynn has developed the core strengths of Strategic & Tactical Market Planning, Sales and Sales Team Management, Creative Branding & Marketing Strategies, Competitive Analysis, Positioning & Pricing, New Product Introduction and Launches, Market Segmentation / Vertical Segment Marketing and International Marketing Campaigns.
     
 
 
 
     
    Dr. Vickie Perdue Scott serves passionately as the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Strategic Learning Partnerships for HighPoints Learning and is responsible for leading the Academic Division and developing Strategic Learning Partnerships for partner schools, districts and community partners, as well as, designing leadership conferences, and providing consulting services. Dr. Scott earned her Bachelor of Arts and Masters in Special Education Degrees from Mercer University, Masters and Specialist Degrees in Educational Leadership and
    Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Georgia, and earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership and Supervision from Nova Southeastern University. She will manage, supervise, implement and monitor the development of HighPoints Learning’s quality instructional math tutorial programs for summer and after-school programs. She will also represent HighPoints Learning across the United States regarding K-16 strategic learning partnerships by providing high quality professional learning to partner schools, regional leadership conferences, grant and fund development seminars, and research-based best practice workshops for educational institutions, faith-based and non-profit associations, government agencies and corporations. Prior to her appointment, Dr. Scott has served with distinction as an Interrelated Teacher of Exceptional Children P-12, Executive Director for Exceptional Children P-12, Executive Director for Grant Development Administration P-12, Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning and Community Affairs P-12, Assistant Superintendent for Instructional Services P-12, and Deputy Superintendent for Academics P-12. She also has experience as an adjunct professor in the Transformational Educational Leadership Doctoral Program with Mercer University’s Atlanta Campus. She has worked extensively with a variety of educational organizations, faith-based institutions, non-profit associations, foundations, governmental agencies, and major corporations to secure millions of dollars to support student achievement for diverse populations.

    A nationally recognized educator, Dr. Scott is the recipient of several national, state and local honors. She was named the Georgia Association of Educational Leaders Outstanding High School Principal and currently serves on the National Accreditation Team for Advanced and the National Beta Club Board of Directors. Dr. Scott also serves as the Council Chair for Georgia’s Beta Clubs, proudly serving more than 80,000 students annually in Georgia and more than 400,000 nationally. Dr. Scott brings the leadership skills that will allow HighPoints Learning to advance school district and community goals by successfully building collaborative relationships to support student achievement.
     
 
 
 
     
    Dr Arun Verma has been an education consultant for HighPoints Learning since its inception. Dr. Verma has both a M.S. and Ph.D. in Mathematics and is currently a Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia. His illustrious career in consulting and education provide him with a strong background which enables him to consult with HPL on curriculum, teaching methodology and training matters. He has designed courses and taught at the Graduate and Undergraduate level , and has won mummerous awards and honors in the fields of both math and science.
